Counseling for Faculty and Staff

Counseling for Faculty and Staff (CFS) is a supportive space where your well-being is our priority. Taking the step to prioritize your mental health is a positive and empowering choice, and we're here to guide you on that journey.

CFS provides counseling, consultation, training, and referrals for concerns that impact both your personal and professional lives. Services are provided for faculty, staff, and their immediate families.

Most people come to CFS because they have experienced difficulty in resolving an issue on their own and are looking for additional options or resources.

We offer free and confidential counseling, consultation, workshops and training seminars, and guidance for making referrals to colleagues or employees. We also offer consultation and training for managers and supervisors, program directors, and department chairs.
